Chula was part of a group of 6 puppies dumped near El Faro found by our friend Tiah. Cindi Rice from Claypso Cafe was kind enough to let them stay in an area behind the restaurant until they found foster and finally true homes. Our friend Angelo adopted one and others went throughout Rincon. We fostered Chula for about 4 weeks when she was adopted from the ARF program by a nice family in Puntas.
